In many ways, our lives and our mental health are like that fabric produced all those years ago in mill towns like Dover. Our biology, our thinking, our behaviors, and our relationships are all woven together to create our day to day experiences. Born and raised in Dover, NH, I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of New Hampshire. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Gordon College and a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. I have spent the last 11 years working with children, families, and adults to achieve their goals and find healing and wholeness.

I believe that successful counseling is a whole-person process. I help clients identify cognitive, behavioral, physical, and spiritual strategies they can use to find hope and healing.
